Our restaurant is part of one of the most unique and historic 1930s buildings on the Mornington Peninsula. Surrounded by vineyards, open gardens and lake, our dining area also includes our outdoor terrace and wine garden. This unique dining space paired with a paddock to plate experience provides seasonal and regional flavours with a modern flare.
Delicious and beautifully presented, our fresh, organic and biodynamic produce provides mouth-watering dishes for lunch and dinner. We pair all our meals with suitable recommendations from our extensive Estate wine list.

There is nothing like the flavour of a vine ripened tomato picked from our garden under the warm morning sun, or a plump, sweet fig picked at perfect ripeness. Our love of the very freshest produce has driven us to grow our own lamb, beef, fruit, vegetables and herbs, allowing us to share this passion in our restaurant. The garden is managed bio-dynamically, using nutrients from our own cow manure and kitchen compost, there are no inorganic chemical inputs. Great care is taken to ensure only the most suitable varieties of seasonal produce are grown. The kitchen team then takes the harvest to create amazing seasonal dishes, a unique paddock to plate dining experience.
Committed to sharing as much joy as possible with our guests, we grow more than we can use, so you may be lucky enough to pick up a tray of figs, or some just picked veggies to enjoy at home.

Friday’s & Saturday nights: From freshly shucked oysters to local bay snapper or Estate lamb, there is something for everyone. Create your own wine and food experience or allow our informative and friendly team to guide you through your gastronomic experience. With our wines available by the half glass, there is plenty of opportunity to discover a new favourite combination.
